We are recruiting for an Asia Finance Manger to be based in Thailand. The job holder will provide a pro-active, effective and motivational support to six country programmes and the Asia Regional Office to ensure sound financial management and planning. The AsFM will provide a valuable linkage between the country and regional offices and the global organisation to ensure a consistency of approach and high quality standards. The AsFM will be an integral part of the regional management team (RMT).
The successful candidate will have:
- Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA Accountant
- A bachelor’s degree from a recognised university
- Strong experience in Management of finance staff
- Strong service mentality
- Excellent computer skills, high proficiency in Microsoft excel
- Working knowledge of accounting software
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Experience in training and developing finance staff
