Work Assignment:
Under the supervision of Fund Raising Officer, the consultant will perform the following tasks:
Negotiate and book territory to ensure that the team always have a location for fundraising activity; this must be in accordance with the budget and the teams fundraising needs.Assist Face to Face Manager for facer recruitment and payment processes.Administrative and general support to the Face to Face Fundraising project.Adhere to work schedule and timely delivery of all in-house Face to Face administrative work.Work with suppliers to ensure that deadlines are met and processes are followed.Collect sensitive donor information and handle with the highest regard for confidentiality and information security.Devise new processes and evaluate old ones to increase administrative productivity.Ensure that the team have all of the equipment that they need to successfully fundraise; uniform, ID, giveaways, booths, etc. This stock must be managed, reordered and new materials created when necessary.Communicate with regular or potential donors when necessary (such as collecting missing data or responding to complaints).Analyze data in order to recognize the most cost effective and profitable sites.Keep all databases up to date (complaint tracker, intranet folders) and compile reports when required.Responsible for booking accommodation, travel and managing petty cash for in-house Face to Face.Responsible for organizing the team when the Face to Face Manager is on annual leave.Responsible for data flow and the accuracy and completeness of donor records.Continuous research and updating of knowledge through UNICEF website, social networking platforms, quarterly newsletters and through attendance at Fundraiser meetings.

The consultant would be paid on a monthly basis upon completion of the assignments and submission of deliverable report:
Number of high quality sites booked within budget and new relationships cultivated.Number of fundraiser recruited in each weekNew and effective processes created to ensure the smooth running of the operation.Accurate and timely data entering and conduction of work tasks.High quality communication, internally and with donors.Organization of databases and work folders.Successful stock management.
Estimated Duration of Contract: 11.5 months over the period of February 2017 –January 2018 (with possibility of extension). The consultant is expected to work 5 days per week including Saturday/Sunday.
Official Travel: Travel in and around Bangkok on a daily basis and occasional field trip.
Qualifications or Specialized Knowledge/Experience Required:
University degree in related field, i.e. Marketing, Communication, preferred.Understanding of UNICEF brand and general knowledge of UNICEF activities.Good communication and strong interpersonal skills.Basic experience in Face-to-Face Fundraising.Computer proficiency.Approachable, outgoing, resourceful.Eagerness to learn.Highly Proficient in both Thai and English (verbal and written).
