Mercy Corps Uganda invites sealed bids from eligible companies for provision of printing services. The Tender is open to Uganda based companies only

Bid documents can be picked from Mercy Corps offices at the address below starting 12^th January 2016. Sealed Bids must, at the very least, include all applicable duties, Payment Terms, Delivery Time, Detailed List of Accessories and any other value added considerations. Issuance of this Tender does not constitute a commitment on the part of Mercy Corps, nor does it commit Mercy Corps to pay for costs incurred in the preparation and submission of a response. Further, Mercy Corps reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received and/or change the number of units required within each category.

Qualifying and Conditions: The main criteria for admission to the tender are as follows:

1. Company Profile.
2. The Company registration certificates.
3. Valid trading licences.
4. List of previous similar supplies high volume printing and list of referees
5. Recent bank statement as prove to pre- Finance 100%.
6. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
7. An account with a recognized bank (Mercy Corps will make all payments in bank cheques or through bank transfers).
8. Proof of possession of adequate facilities, equipment and workshop/premises for this kind of work.
9. Powers of Attorney. Proof of the above should be provided in the Tender document

All sealed bids should be labeled with the corresponding Tender Ref Number and delivered to Mercy Corps Kampala Office Plot, 1188-1190 Gaba Road, Embassy Plaza not later than 16:30hrs on Tuesday 19^th January 2016. All bids will be inserted into a locked Tender Box until tender opening.
